Fraud

The Cracker King President Donald Trump torpedoed the Republican bipartisan immigration legislation so that he could use it as a centerpiece of his second Presidency to deport illegal immigrants from the United States. Trump betrayed his low-functioning MAGA Rally supporters when he took away their benefits with DOGE and Elon Musk: Social Security, SNAP, health care, Veterans benefits, childcare, and government jobs.

Donald Trump’s biggest fraud on the American people is his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) in his second administration tasked with cutting waste, fraud, and abuse in the Federal government. Donald Trump and Elon Musk conspired together when Trump was running for office to develop a role for Musk to help deconstruct the administrative state from within. This was done under the pretense of cutting waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government where Trump fired department heads and replaced them with his DOGE techno loyalists from Musk’s and other tech firms. These DOGE loyalists were installed in key influential roles at federal agencies that granted them access and control of the information systems to get personnel data and to terminate contracts from agencies targeted by Trump’s executive orders, with small businesses bearing the brunt of the cuts. DOGE has facilitated mass layoffs of employees in departments and the dismantling of entire organizations. It has also assisted with immigration crackdowns by copying sensitive personal data from government databases to help track down illegal aliens who are working here and getting government services.

Musk has said, the DOGE is transparent, while Trump has tried to exempt DOGE from disclosure. DOGE’s actions have been met with opposition and lawsuits. Some critics have warned of a constitutional crisis, while others
have likened DOGE’s actions to a Coup d’etat. Musk did not divest from his companies with government contracts that have clashed with federal regulators; in which DOGE is slashing their employees and closing pending cases against Musk’s companies. Less than a week into Trump’s presidency, Trump fired 17 inspectors general, whose job it was to audit federal agencies for fraud. Some of these inspectors were leading investigations pending against Elon Musk’s companies.

On his first day in office, Trump restored Schedule F to speed up firings; earlier he nominated its champion, Russell Vought, to lead OMB. Vought founded the Center for Renewing America (CRA), where he drafted executive orders, regulations, and memos, and served as an advisor for Project 2025. In multiple speeches, Vought swore to put career servants “in traumaâ€. Vice President JD Vance observed that DOGE matters less for saving money than for “making the bureaucracy responsive to the elected president.â€

By the end of January 2025, DOGE had installed officials of their choosing at the top of agencies controlling critical parts of the government: the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), THE United States Digital Service (USDS), and the General Services Administration (GSA). Access to information systems across the bureaucracy allowed DOGE to trace money flows. In some cases, DOGE teams halted these flows. DOGE coordinated with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to dismantle the Agency for International Development (USAID).
